Checking Goods For Damage For all deliveries you must check the goods for damage before signing the delivery note, if you sign for the goods then you are accepting that the goods were delivered in good condition and later claims for damage cannot be considered. If a third party signs on your behalf please advise them of the above and you accept responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses as a result of singing for goods unchecked. Delivery Schedule Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Most items are normally delivered by us or carrier within 3 working days after payment. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within 30 days, the consumer will be informed immediately and will be given the choice of a later delivery date completely and. For any item to be returned and receive a refund, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Please do not write on the packaging ie our address as this will make the goods no longer resalable. Refunds will cover the costs of the goods only, and will not include any delivery or collection costs, which will be charged to your credit card. Further delivery charges will be the actual costs of delivery, which depends on the weight of the goods ordered, and in most cases will be higher than the original delivery cost charged on the order. We will charge for the replacement and only give the credit/refund once the goods are back and checked. There will also be a restocking charge of 20% of purchase price. If a customer intends to make a return they must contact us in writing first, either by letter or by e-mail; we will e-mail a return authorization number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns, it is therefore recommend that the customer uses an insured carrier. The customer is responsible for the cost of any returns and future deliveries.
